WhirlPoolStars is a small indie company that can create a custom and fully-programmed website for you. WhirlPoolStars can fully-code and design every single thing in your site possible. Our experts know HTML, PHP, XHTML, DHTML, FTP, RSS, Javascript, Professional Flash, CSS and they have professional portfolio’s to prove it. We do all our designs on Adobe Photoshop CS, CS2, CS3 Extended and Paint Shop Pro X. Most of our work consists of Photoshop actually. Everything is created by us with an exception of brushes that we get from various sites. We also do for other companies, musicians merchandise design, business cards, ads, supportive banners, posters and more. For artists and musicians we can also fully-program their website create their merchandise and supportive ads, banners and posters. We can work with any kind of website you need to be built except any website that consists of adult content (of any kind!) WhirlPoolStars does all coding and designing if needed but if you do need a domain we can not buy for you. You must purchase your domain and trust our site with the information for us to actually create it. If you want us to build your site we give you tons of options of layouts for your site. Once you have picked and bought we have a no-refunds policy. But we do have some exceptions. If you purchase your domain and we code it and you pay us for it but then you decide not to use the domain anymore - we will give you the money back if you give us your purchased domain. As in fully program we code the full site and design everything and code the professional scripts and plug-ins. We create single graphics for independent personal use such as blends, glitters, avatars/icons and more.
